Women’s Self-Defense Workshops
Real, no-nonsense training designed by a woman, for women. These monthly workshops focus on awareness, boundary-setting, and effective physical techniques that are instinctive and empowering. Every month bring a different topic, you’ll never get bored, have fun and a good workout!
Whether you're looking to feel safer in your everyday life or explore self-defense for the first time, these sessions offer a supportive, respectful, and safe environment where you’re encouraged to speak up, move boldly, and take your power back.
